An Albanian classic! Qofte, also known as Kofta across the Mediterranean, are small kebab like meatballs that are best served straight from the grill as part of a sharing feast.

Byrek is one of the most popular foods in Albania. This is my simple version with spinach and feta that’s the perfect showstopper for when you’re hosting!

This is my take on Albanian japrak that I think really takes it to the next level! Vine leaves stuffed with a rich vegetable and rice filling, baked in a delicious tomato sauce with a feta crumb on top.

These lovely little biscuits are a bit like scones and are the perfect size for a quick bite.
