ROASTED RADISH
260g of Radish, Ready in 30 Minutes
I love these as part of a mezze feast or even as an alternative side with a summer roast dinner when you’re looking for something lighter than the usual roasted winter veg.
INGREDIENTS
260g Radish, left whole
Small handful of fresh thyme sprigs
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD
- In a roasting dish, drizzle the radish and thyme sprigs with olive oil and season well. 
- Heat the oven to 220 degrees (200 fan) 
- Roast in the oven for 30 mins 
- Serve immediately as the roasted radish don’t keep very well
